What should I bring on a safari tour?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, comfortable clothing, binoculars, a camera, and any personal medications. For early morning safaris, we suggest bringing a light jacket as it can be chilly.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes, most of our tours are family-friendly. We offer special rates for children and can customize tours to be more engaging for younger participants. Some safari tours may have age restrictions for safety reasons.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 2 days before the tour date. For cancellations within 3-6 days, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour.

Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?

Yes, we provide complimentary pickup and drop-off at most hotels in Johannesburg and Pretoria. For locations outside these areas, additional charges may apply.
